The personal data collected when you sign up for the newsletter will be used by Manufacture Française du Cycle and its partners for direct marketing purposes, subject to your consent.

If you find the response you receive to be unsatisfactory, you may send your complaint to the mediator by writing to Medicys, Centre de médiation et règlement amiable des huissiers de justice, 73 boulevard de Clichy, 75009 Paris, France, or by submitting it online at www.medicys.fr.

Mediation is a free service for you.

After receiving the dispute, the mediator will gather the information they require to examine the case and render an opinion within three (3) months.

This opinion is not binding on you or on us, and you will retain your right to bring the matter before the competent court.
